What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser so it can recognise your device on later visits. Similar technologies — such as localStorage — store information in the browser without sending it back to the server with every request.
They are usually classified as strictly necessary, preference, analytics, or advertising, and as first-party (set by the site you visit) or third-party (set by another domain).
Our approach
Analytics Behavior LLC applies data minimisation to its own website. As of the date of this policy:
- we use audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4, deployed through Google Tag Manager) only after you accept them;
- we do not use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies;
- we do not build individual behavioural profiles of visitors to this site;
- we do not sell or share browsing data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Consent first. Measurement tags load in denied state by default (Google Consent Mode v2). Nothing is stored for analytics until you press “Accept” in the cookie notice, and declining keeps the site fully functional.

Google Tag Manager itself (container GTM-P5L4WQK3) is only a tag loader: it does not set cookies and does not collect personal data on its own. It is the tags it loads — currently Google Analytics 4 — that do.
Separately from browser storage, our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (IP address, date, requested URL, browser) for security and operational purposes. That processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
We use Google Tag Manager to load our measurement tags and Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, which pages and calls to action are useful. The events we measure are page views, clicks on buttons and menu links, language switches, scroll depth, and contact-form starts, errors, and submissions. We do not send names, email addresses, or message content to Google, and IP addresses are truncated by Google Analytics before being stored.
Google acts as our processor for this measurement and may process data in the United States; the transfer is covered by the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
Google Fonts
This website loads the Inter and Manrope typefaces from Google Fonts. Google does not set cookies to serve these fonts, but your browser does connect to Google servers, which receive your IP address and browser data in order to deliver the files.
If you follow a link to a third-party site — for example Gobernanza.io or a client's site — that site applies its own cookies policy, which we do not control.
How to manage or delete it
You can change your decision at any time with the button below: it clears the stored choice and shows the cookie notice again on this page.
You can also review, block, or delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings. Deleting the stored language preference simply means the site will open in English again by default.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Site data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Google Analytics opt-out: the browser add-on published by Google at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout blocks measurement on every site you visit.
You can also browse in a private or incognito window, in which every stored value is discarded when you close it.
Consent
Under the ePrivacy Directive, the GDPR, and equivalent rules, storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you expressly requested — such as remembering the language you selected with the EN/ES switch, or remembering your cookie decision — does not require prior consent. Analytics storage does, so it stays disabled until you accept.
We implement this with Google Consent Mode v2: analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are all set to “denied” before any tag runs, and only analytics_storage is switched to “granted” if you accept. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, using the button in the previous section.
Changes to this policy
If we add new technologies to the website, we will update this table and this policy before activating them, and we will request consent where the law requires it. The “last updated” date always shows the version in force.
